About Silver & Chalk

Silver & Chalk is me, plain and simple. It's a haven for everything I find delightful: art, crafty projects, links, tutorials and graphics.... I'm a fly-by-the-seat-of-my-pants kind of artist, driven by the whims of the day. I expect I'm the same kind of blogger - one day I'm in love with a song that I have to share, the next it's fascination over a photo or sampling of a new work.

By day I'm a freelance writer. I'm married to an awesome guy who just happens to serve in the Air Force, and dog-mom to two rescued pit bulls - don't be surprised to see them here often!
